Menu Plan Monday

It's that time again...

For breakfast this week we'll have one or more of the following:
Fruit (apples, strawberries, bananas, kiwi)

For snacks we'll have one ore more of the following:

Apples with peanut butter
Pecans or Almonds
Chocolate "Pudding"

Lunches are generally leftovers from the night before.

Monday - Passover Seder at a friend's house. We are bringing along
Sauteed Green Beans and Carrots (EVOO instead of butter) for the meal afterwards.

Tuesday - Crockpot Pinto Beans and Rice with avocado, sour cream and cheese, Cornbread

Wednesday - Goat Cheese Pizza with Soaked Crust, Steamed Broccoli

Thursday - Egg Salad (made with homemade almondaise), Homemade Crackers, Hummus, Carrot and Celery sticks

Friday - Stuffed Green Bell Peppers (from Nourishing Traditions, minus the cheese), Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Saturday - Spaghetti, Salad and Bread
